The car seems to always have something wrong with it. The car is very poorly put together, that is why it costs an arm and a leg for dealers to fix it.
After my I bought my radar detector, the fuse blew. I replaced the clutch, and my current problem is the fan won't turn off and it keeps killing the battery!!! WOW, this car is amazing.
When the car is not broken and I get some time to drive in the car, it's awesome. It is also very comfortable.
Speed wise the car can beat most 4 cylinder cars out there. Very quick!!! If you want a cheap Porsche to impress your friends, this is the one to buy. After all, the car tops out at 155 mph and with a manual transmission, the tires spin forever.
It is true, The Porsche 944 needs TLC almost all the time. But it is a fun and fast little Porsche to own. You can driver her hard and put her away wet, but you also have to take care of her all the time and DO NOT CUT CORNERS with Maintenance!
I think that this is a good review. I do not own a 944 but am in the market. One thing I do not get is the fact that in the review it says that it is very comfortable yet at the bottom of the page it got a three out of ten review for comfort.
