2002 Proton Impian review from UK and Ireland
"Do not buy it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Dealer does not know his car. He is not certain of car features.
No quality control. During the second week the front bumper felt off. Dealer fixed it for free.
The front windscreen and headlight leaks water after 2 weeks.
The engine is not efficient, consumes a lot of fuel.
Interior is loose not tightly fitted. Dashboard makes a lot of noise during cruising.
General comments?
this car is supposed manufactured to meet European standards. However, this car was the least safety in the European car crash test.
It looks bad and not aerodynamic compared to cheaper Korean cars.
The engine is Japanese.
