"One VERY fast Clio!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing at all has gone wrong with the car.
(previous owner informed me it had a new gearbox and center exhaust section which was rattling, fitted under warrenty)
General comments?
This car is scarily quick, all hell breaks loose when you hit 5000rpm and the VVT kicks in. Before you hit 5K rpm it is fast and torquey, but when it hits 5K it just goes like its turbo charged.
The seats inside are excellent and make long journeys more enjoyable, with a single CD head unit with a 6 CD changer under the passenger seat.
Power-steering seems to be just right, not too light not too heavy.
Handles like my old 205 GTi, better when in the wet.
I only paid 9000 for my 2002 mk2 with 5600 miles on the clock.. bargain.`
