2002 Renault Clio Club review from UK and Ireland
"Rapid"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
None.
General comments?
I pick up my Clio 172 Cup up on Sunday, it was registered on 19.12.02 and was going to be used as the dealerships demo.
I bought it for £10450 taxed with a full tank of fuel and its only done 80 miles, 15 completed by myself in the test drive.
I've never thought of buying a cup before and to be honest I went to look at a standard 172 but the difference in the way it sat on the ground lower and slightly wider appealed to me.
Its performance seemed a little more responsive and its status a little more exclusive.
The insurance for me at the old age of 31 is £580 not bad, but I would pay double to have half as much fun as you guys are describing it to be.
Regards Ian.
