2002 Renault Clio Expression review from UK and Ireland
"Not"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The engine had sprung a leak just too months after getting the car. Before I realized what had happened the altanator belt snapped because of the oil leak.
The fan at the front of the car does not work, probably the electrics.
It then came apparant that the car had a leak when water started dripping from the overhead light socket!
The seats have also started to wear.
I'm not quite sure if this is a problem, but when the engine is idle, about 900 RPM, it seems to jump to 1100 RPM and back and forth even after the engine has warmed up.
General comments?
I like the look of this car, that's why I bought my Clio, also it's cheap on insurance!
The interior of the car has a solid enough dash board, but coming down to the leg space underneath the dash is a different story! It's sort of hanging of like they could'nt be bothered gluing it down! The cup holder also easily comes out aswell.
The rest of the interior seems fine apart from the leak.
The pedals are badly positioned and 4th gear seems to be too close to 2nd gear.
