1996 Renault Clio RT review from UK and Ireland
"Looks great, but it's a money pit"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Since Purchase, and only 1000 miles covered. The radiator thermostat has failed.
The Hose between the manifold and the air filter has had to be replaced.
Two rear brake lights. (both on the same side!!!)
And now just to cap it all, the head gasket has blown.
General comments?
This car is great looking.
The car performs well when it wants to.
Don't use the Sport mode on the automatic gearbox unless you have money to burn, as it eats petrol.
