2002 Renault Clio review from UK and Ireland
What things have gone wrong with the car?
On Friday 27th January whislt on the M1 from Brent Cross to Abbots Langley Herts,
my hazard warning lights came on by themselves and I could not switch them off. They stayed on all the way home so I had to stay in the slow lane, I'm surprised I wasn't tooted! When I pulled on my drive and switched off the engine, they would still not switch off I was beside myself. Luckyly my friendly mechanic friend rang and came round and firstly removed the switch which made no difference then he removed the fuse for the hazard lights to stop them flashing. We are now going to try to locate the relay if there is one! Is there anyone out there with simular problems? We appreciate this is a minor fault compared with some of the others we have read about. Up till now I have been pleased with my car and it has been problem free. Fingers crossed! Stubbsy.
