2002 Renault Clio diamonique review from UK and Ireland
"Va Va boom"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The wiring loom,
the oxygen sensor?,
the M.A.P. sensor,
the handbrake,
the steering,
leak in the roof from somewhere
the lights.
General comments?
Just passed my driving exam on February and got a lovely 3 door Clio with tinted windows, cd player and alloy wheels. Silly little things happened which are still to get sorted, but the most extreme is the top 3. Arnold clark where I purchased the car are wanting to charge me £410 for the parts to get fixed. Took it to a mechanic says the O2 sensor was fine and just fixed the wires on the look and that was it. But now it has been stalling again and the sign for electrical fault keeps coming on, so took it to another garage and after a few days found out it is the M.A.P which is going to cost £100 to fix. I have only had this wee car for 5 months and I have paid out roughly £250 on repairs!! Hopefully this will do the trick or I will be saying farewell!
