Faults:
Front passenger door lock failed within one day of the car arriving
Driver door lock failed (could not be opened) within 6 months of owning the car.
Front passenger door lock and handle fell off!
Dashboard has come lose and rattles and squeaks.
Tyre pressure monitors indicate flat tires when the weather is cold
Windscreen has melted! Numerous bubbles in the laminate restricting driver view
Both rear shocks needed replacing
Both read brakes needed replacing
From driver side coil spring snapped whilst the car was stationary.
General Comments:
This is the worst car I have ever owned!
I’ve had more reliable 500 quid bangers than this.
Owned the car for less than two years, and had a whole raft of problems with it.
It failed its MOT miserably, and cost 500 quid to get through.
I will never buy another Renault or French car for that matter.
The only good thing about the car is it comfortable on long distances (when it is working).
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? No
