What things have gone wrong with the car?
Heater matrix blocked at 102000 miles.
HT leads required replacing.
General comments?
This is my first Renault I have owned and it has been a great car for me.
The 1.8 engine, even at its current mileage is smooth, quiet and responsive.
The clutch and gear box could be a bit smoother and except for the HT leads and the heater matrix blocking it has been a reliable car.
The sound system could do with improvement, but fitting a new stereo and speakers where very easy.
The interior and exterior has been designed well and is pleasing to the eye, there are little storage places strategically placed around the car which are very handy especially the glasses holder above the drivers door. The driving position is comfortable and serene, long distance journeys in this car are a joy.
The Renault standard security features are adequate and give you peace of mind.
