Owning a Renault Laguna Sport tourer 1.9 dci Dynamique I understand what you are going through. The poor warranty service and after sales from RENAULT U. K and its official main dealer outlets is ridiculous to say the least, especially if you did not purchase the car from said dealer.
All that's amazing about this car is the name and cost to keep and run.
Wish I had seen this web site and reviews like yours before.
