2003 Renault Megane Dynamique review from UK and Ireland

What things have gone wrong with the car?
Renault Megane 52, only 13,000 on the clock.
.Air bag light was faulty, Steering lock came on whilst I was driving it with my children in the back! That was very scary! (The ‘Chip’ needed replacing).
The vehicle will not start even when you have your foot on the brake or clutch. The garage tells me there is nothing wrong with it and gave me a new key card! warranty only 2mnths left to go. It has been in the garage 5 times in the last 7/8 months.
General comments?
I like the vehicle very much, when it starts!
