1987 Rover - Austin Maestro MG review from UK and Ireland
What things have gone wrong with the car?
One corroded rear wheel arch, rear brake failure, clutch slipping, rear shock absorber leaking, cassette player broken, sunroof jammed, oil leak, rear wash/wipe failed.
General comments?
Other than the extensive list of faults, the MG seems to be a very capable car. There's certainly plenty of power. I haven't owned the car long enough to say much more at this stage, but I can't really find many reasons for the Maestro's poor image.
