1993 Rover - Austin Maestro Clubman D review from UK and Ireland
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing major. Well, it reportedly had a new engine after a blow up (c.30,000 miles) but that was before I owned it. And on all three I've owned rust is a major trauma.
General comments?
Having owned three Maestros now (It's a long story) this is certainly the quickest. And the most fuel efficient (the other two were 1.3 and good for 150'000, so here's hoping). However this one really needs the power steering, it really is too heavy round town.
