1990 Rover - Austin Metro metro clubman review from UK and Ireland
"A very nice first car recommend to learners"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The head gasket blew at 55500 which was cost affected, but easy to do the job myself with help of a few mates.
The rear brake startedsquealing , but found tht if you, but new rear shoes on that sorted the problem in hand.
The seats have worn.
General comments?
The car is quick up to 70 mph at high revs, but after you have broke the 70 mph it struggle.
The seats was bad and worn there was not much comfort, but I found a way round and now I have metro gti seats in which makes you feel more like your driving a go kart.
The handling is good due to you can take corners quick and come out even quicker.
