2001 SAAB 9-5 SE review from UK and Ireland
"A pleasure to drive, although it drives like a bus round bends!"
General comments?
I bought my 2001 9-5 2.3t SE 3 months ago with full Saab service history, and it has only had about £1000 spent on it in its lifetime, (apart from tyres, oil, etc). Maybe I'm just lucky. It still drives like a new car now with 129000 miles on the clock, and is an absolute thrill to drive.
I would just like to say that, in my opinion, I believe Saab's reliability has seriously deteriorated since GM got their hands on them, and I welcomed the news a couple of weeks ago that Saab had bought back the motor vehicle division from GM.
Perhaps Saab's will now be what they once were?
Let's hope!
