Head gasket at 125,000.

Valve for traction control 2x 140,000 and 220,000.
Traction control ECU (probably) continuous and un-diagnosed problem.
Heated seats at 140,000.
Left front and back window motors.

Excellent power, handling, comfort, room, and practicality.
Very unreliable, expensive parts, complex and unreliable electronics.
Nothing strange about the problems you're having -- all cars these days have all the fancy gadgets and they all fail eventually. Doesn't make your SAAB so unreliable. You've already done 220K km, about 110K of them within 5 years, count yourself lucky that other than the head gasket (which can happen even on cars below 80K km) you haven't had any major problems. Incidentally, I hear SAAB turbos have manual gearboxes as a weak link, and it hasn't even happened to you yet. Try driving a Subaru Turbo for the same mileage and see how much it costs when something goes wrong on it.
