1993 SAAB 9000 cse review from UK and Ireland
"Not mega fast, but who cares its so comfortable I could sleep in it"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had to replace the head gasket at 17800 miles did this myself I had to fill the waterways in with a little j. b weld and then let it go hard over night after then I sanded the head down gently put head gasket back on and the car has been superb again since I did the work no other faults have happened that have been major.
General comments?
Bought car for £675.00 at auction.
Excellent handling for a big car.
Build quality is far by none solid as a rock.
Comfort and equipment is excellent.
Definitely on par with b.m.w.
It's a bit heavy on fuel, but then it's a big car.
Cost to do head gasket myself came to about £150.00.
