"Excellent European craftsmanship"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

My slave cylinder has been replaced I had a problem with this 2 times. also i had to replace my alternator it was very coastly

General comments?

Overall my car still runs like new has a lot of power and would take it anywhere u.s.a. i havn't found any American made cars that can handle abuse like mine and never skip a beat this car is fantastic on gas and runs better at high speeds i have always used 10w30 motor oil and change it every 1500 miles proof is in the pudding at 249000 miles.

Nice to see someone having so much fun with their Saab. You don't see enough of them on the road these days. I'm kinda hoping GM does service to all the rumors and dumps Saab. Ever since they bought controlling interest, Saab hasn't been its unique self.

Come on, you do not need to replace the oil every 1500 miles. You could switch to a synthetic oil, they are much better and preserve the turbocharger longer.
