I purchased this car in 2001 (new).
I just went over 100,000 miles and it is still going strong.
It has never been in the shop for repairs.
I replaced my brakes pads at approximately 70,000 miles.
I have used Mobile One Synthetic oil from day one.
Great car for the money.

My complements to you for being able to get over 70,000 miles on the same brake pads -- seems every time we try to do maintenance we either needs pads or those little led lights in the rear window -- please share your secrets as now I am being told we need a radiator after we had the system flushed -- have enjoyed the car with the exception of a couple of little things.
