1996 Saturn SL review from North America
"A Good, Solid, Reliable little car!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I've had to replace the spark plug on the 2nd cylinder before routine tune ups.
Frequent front tire balancing required.
Service Engine Soon light comes on frequently.
Lots of buzzes on the inside from cheap plastics.
General comments?
This has been the first Saturn I have owned. It has over 150,000 miles on it and runs and shifts like new.
It doesn't burn oil like most Saturn's do.
The "Service Engine Light" comes on frequently, but the dealer can't find any problems.
It is extremely quick and is perfect for driving on the open highway, or in heavy traffic.
This is a great little car and I would recommend one to anybody looking for a Good, Solid, reliable car!
