2003 Saturn VUE fwd review from North America

Service engine light came on.

The Vue is all part of the saturn experiance. Why be hassled by the sales and service staff of your local dealer who in my experances don't want to serve you,but just want your money. At Saturn you feel important. Your waited on and served. You needs are a concern and not an after thought. When I bought my car in for service I was taken into the shop at once. Coffee and Bagels were served, newspapers were provided and a play ground for anyone with children. When my car was read I was given a free car wash and told that my papers would be mailed to me if I liked and I did not have to carry them around with me. I received a phone call two days later asking me if all was well. This was a 20,000 car not a 60,000 BMW. My previous experiences with other dealers in the past is the reason I went to saturn. The mini truck rides like a car and has plenty of room. The 4 cylinder is peppy for what it is and it handles well. The hight is perfect for exit and entry as saturn designed it that way. You will catch people looking. I don't know if that's because its new or if people just like it. You will. Saturn is a whole different experance and most other manufacturers still have not figured it out. people want more than a name plate for their money. They want to be cared for and feel important.
