2006 Scion tC tc 5 spd review from North America
"The most soul less driving experience ever!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The paint on my tC is not that great, I do a lot of highway driving, but the front end is full of large paint chips. My stero goes in and out of use when parked in extreme heat. The clutch is the worst one I have ever used. This car is the most soul less driving experience that I have ever had. 6250 rpm red line and no limited slip make for a boring commute everyday. The body roll is worse than most vehicles in the same segment.
General comments?
I think that the only reason I bought this car was because it was my first new car. If you are concidering buying a tC sleep on it, and then say no. I have buyers remorse and am spreading the word so others don't do the same. I should have bought my first choice. A 2006 Civic Si coupe. 8000k redline 6spd manual limited slip 200 hp from 2 liters of displacement, why did I buy the tC? I made the wrong choice.
