1989 Shelby CSX-VNT review from North America
"The wildest Shelby Dodge"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Obviously the wildest car Dodge and Shelby produced. The car had high miles when I got it, but it was very fast and reliable. These cars require special care-premium fuel and synthetic oil to name some.
General comments?
Obviously the wildest car Carrol Shelby and Dodge produced together. This car has it all, wild looks, perfectly set up suspension, full body kit, composite wheels, recaro seats, technologically advanced turbo system (many modern cars today use this type of variable turbo) and gobs of performance, all in a stock, collectable package.
Much more reliable than the later 16 valve Spirit r/t's or Daytonas. And they are all real documented Shelbys, produced by Carrol in California. Most people on the street have no clue what it is until it's too late!
