2003 Skoda Fabia Elegance Estate 1.9 TDI review from UK and Ireland
"This car goes like a train, is as economical as a bicycle and is more reliable than our Mercedes!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Completely and utterly fault free.
General comments?
This is a thoroughly honest, well-engineered, handsome and comfortable car.
Fuel economy, at 50 miles per gallon plus, is stunning especially bearing in mind the remarkably strong performance from the turbo diesel engine.
It is the most satisfying car we have had in 40 years and that includes Mercedes S-class and E-class at many times the price! If I were told that this would be the only car I would ever drive, I would not complain. Only the ignorant and the ill-informed don't understand that the Skoda Fabia is simply great.
