A Volkswagen Bora / Golf, Audi A3/TT, Seat Leon, for Skoda money.
Just updating my earlier review. I now consider the Octavia to be a (small, but super-reliable) Merc for Skoda money. I've done 45,000 miles with no problems at all. I keep looking at other cars, new models and - for the first time in my driving life of 35 years - I think, "I'm not bored, there are no problems, its still a superb car and I don't want anything else".
I have brought an Octavia vrs and I have had it for 2 years and I'm very pleased with it. it is one of the best cars I have owned and the performance of it is outstanding, of which I have uprated a bit, it is defiantly worth its money especially as its in the same league as the golf gti Audi rs4 and the Seat Leon Cupra's. the good thing is that a lot of people see the badge (skoda) at the lights and then all they see when they turn green is the badge disappearing in the distance, must be a good car cos Kent police use them for pursuit cars.
