1988 Subaru Brumby review from Australia and New Zealand
"Great off road car and stylish and will last a life time"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
CV boots (regularly).
Carburetor blocked.
Worn ball joints at 200000 km.
General comments?
Great handling even on the roughest of roads.
Very reliable and almost unbreakable.
Great fun to jump.
Only been bogged once on a beach when it jumped out of four wheel drive after I hitting a large clump of sea weed.
I've improved the sound system by up grading the head unit and installing 6 by 9 inch speakers. Now it really pumps out some beats.
