The car is very functional and is well appointed.
The service on the vehicle is sloppy from certified professionals.
Best car I've ever owned. Actually I'm leasing it now, but intend to buy it. Service department has been fantastic for routine maintenance so far!!!
Sales department, that's another story. After I signed the paperwork on the car, my salesman forgot about me and ran to whoever the next person was to enter the door, looking for another sale rather than explaining the cars features to me and my wife.
Fortunately for the dealership, I received a notice from my salesman that he is working somewhere else now. That's great news for the dealership because I wouldn't buy a pair of socks from this guy, and I've heard he same type comment from many others.
