1998 Subaru Forester S review from North America
"I'm worried about the next $$ repair"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Head gasket 11000
water pump
starter is going
all injectors bad
engine light has been on for 15ooo miles dealer ignores it says its nothing
knock sensors needs to be replaced, brakes go out every 15,000 miles.
Sever hesitation on low rpm, very dangerous if pulling out into traffic
this car has been maintained well, but its hard to keep ahead of major problems that range into the thousands for each incident.
General comments?
I feel this car has been misrepresented by Subaru and other reviews of its quality.
