1987 Subaru GL GL-10 review from North America
"It'll survive anything"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The only thing I'be had go wrong with the car is that I had to replace the radiator last year.
Other than that the only problem is that it does not get much respect from onlookers (especially girls : (
General comments?
This GL-10 turbo wagon is my first car and I love it. The power isn't great (115hp) but it's enough to do what I need it to. The car has taken a lot of abuse cruising across the New Mexican desert, winding through 4wd trails in the Rocky mountains, and racing at over 100mph on the interstate. but the car still runs like a champ.
Also the car seems to be very responsive to the driver:
Good handling.
Really tight turning radius.
Very sensitive gas pedal.
And the extra features are nice:
Sunroof
trip computer
4wd
turbo
...etc.
