1988 Subaru GL wagon review from North America
"I love it - and it has antique plates!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced radiator.
Replaced exhaust.
Replaced timing belt.
Replaced oil pump.
Flushed heater core.
Driveshaft.
Catyltic converter.
temp. & O2 sensors
General comments?
This is a great car, I drive it everywhere snow, rain etc.
It's in great shape for an 88, but in the future will need some welding work done on the frame, as well as a little rust should be fixed above the rear wheel wells.
The interior is immaculate! It even has lumbar support!
Leaks oil, but's an older car...I just check every 150 miles and it's fine!
