1998 Subaru Impreza GT review from Norway
"My dream car since I was young, and still my favorite!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Leaking exhaust manifold @ 175000km.
Worn out head cover gasket @ 175000km.
Electronic head light adjustment failed.
General comments?
Car feels tight and predictable in the bends.
The Subaru 4WD-system is perfect for snow and winter conditions. The car is very controllable and predictable on loose surfaces.
Noisy engine (which is half the reason I own this car). The boxer engine with unequal exhaust manifold sounds incredible!
Some interior parts feel cheap.
Stable and comfortable front seats (if you're slim).
