1998 Subaru Impreza Turbo 2000 AWD review from UK and Ireland
"A Super would be Supercar!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Philips CD Changer failed. Replaced under Warranty.
General comments?
Better than the previous two!
Better handling and grip (amazing body control), more torque, nicer interior (great seats), and looks (revised front).
A simple dealer mod took the power to 245bhp for very little money. 2 way average 0-60mph, with Datron timing gear = 4.9 seconds.
Kept the car longer than normal (in time), but swapped at just over 50K and regretted it. New car (a non Subaru), lasted 9 months and I was back in a Scoob - new WRX PPP "Bug Eye".
