High fuel consumption like my old peugeot 504 with 2000 c c - gear box is manual with sport shift I take long time to deal smoothly with it - the AWD gives the car hard driving start especially if the car moves on 1st gear - no other problem found in this car.

Very good seats - sport drive not comapred to any other 1.6 lt. car - great stability control on high speed - very strong head lights - all options needed are found in this car especially safety like 2 SRS airbags and ABS brakes.

but the car is also less in acceleration as hp is low, but I have one and will never change it.

The Hp is 95 but it's at 5200 RPM and that's a good thing. Plus it has 147 Torque at only 3600 RPM...

That means you will get longer motor life. And all the power is at only 3600 RPM... no other car in this category has this torque.. so you may see lancer and toyota corolla go faster than you on 1 gear, but you got AWD and high torque...

For me >> I always take them out on 2nd gear till then end of the drag :) I got top speed 200 km... its great :) subaru make a really good car.

I'm with you guys, I love Subaru and I'll never change my 2004 Impreza. I'll try to get 2000cc motor for it from abroad, and also the WRX suspension to get more and more power.

I see that everone is satisfied with the Subaru... I am thinking about buying the new 2008 hatch back model, I really liked it soo much, but I am afraid of finding the spare parts and the maintenance of this car as it is not a very common brand in the Egyptian streets.

Can any subaru owner give me more knowledge about that?

Ya man I'm one of subaru owner, and the spare parts isn't a problem the Abu Ghaly motors get all the parts at service center.. and it's as any other spare parts you buy from el tawkeel ghalya sena baseta.

Hi guys, its great to find a place to talk about subaru, i recently bought one 2006 impreza steptronic, but im finding a problem making the car go fast, i feel that all cars next to me when we go from the start go way faster and I keep pressing gas but I hear only the motor sound but not power, i thought havin a subaru I will boost while other cars are barely on 30-40 km, i found myself last, how can I drive this steptronic car right to make it boost with all its power?
