"Very fast, very comfortable, great car"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Nothing.

General comments?

I bought this car about a week ago now and I am very impressed with it and I got it for a very good price, about 9k NZD! Very good value for money.

This car is exceptionally quick and has relatively good gas mileage if you drive it sensibly (yeah right) considering it is a twin turbo.

I havn't really launched it yet as I am afraid of what might happen to the gearbox or clutch considering it is all wheel drive and I don't imagine it would take it very well. But I have put it through its paces on the highway and it goes hard. The gears on the thing are also bloody long I had it going 160 kmh in third gear! The power is good throughout the rev range and the kick from the second turbo is insane, although I must admit that there is a little bit of lag on switching turbos but nothing to worry about as you will have forgotten about it any way when the secondary turbo hits. The car also sounds very nice as mine has a big bore and gives that nice suby rumble.

This car, apart from being fast, is also comfortable and a pleasure to drive, it feels relatively tight and well held together, although the steering is a little light and you can't really feel what the front wheels are doing, you do get a sporty feel from the responsive suspension and short distances between gears (unsure whether this is aftermarket or not). When cruising on the motorway at 100 it feels as if you are hardly moving and is really smooth and quiet also.

The car has a 6 speaker audio system with tape, cd and radio, overall sounds pretty good for a stock system. Air con is good although I hear they break easily. But as of now everything works on the car.

The car looks stunning to say the least, mine is dark blue on the 17" gold subaru mags with a nice 3" pipe out the back and an aftermarket body kit unsure of make but it has two round fog lights (not tommy kaira) and an aggresive looking V shape to it.

Overall I am very pleased with this car and if you can find a year 2000 which has done 85 certified k's for less than 10K... BUY ONE!

I bought the car as well, but I have not driven it and I am happy to hear from someone who actually felt it.

I am excited to go drive it for some 2000 kilometers and enjoy the ride. One thing though, as I read much about turbo charged engines, is that they don't really save you on gas, but they do have power. Basically what happens and you can read online yourself is it pumps more air into the cylinders, and as usual, it will balance air to gas ratio, which means more gas pouring into the cylinders. For those who like a real thrill, this is a good feeling to raise your adrenaline a little bit.

I just bought a car like that as my first car, and I was so impressed by the handling, this car is very easy and safe to drive. But my only problem is that I've been looking for user manuals for this car and I can't find any.
