Transmission keeps slipping out of gear. Only had it for 1 week and 4 days of owning it. Could possibly be belts slipping.
Very good car to drive in. Just a pity about the transmission problem. I am wanting to do some cheap mods until I get some serious cash. So if anyone has and suggestions or sites I could go to, drop me a letter at cwjones@xtra.co.nz.
With your gearbox dropping out of gear, I would suggest getting the brake bands checked and adjusted if needed. Also, you may find that the solenoids in the gearbox that select the gears may have an intermittent fault.
