1996 Subaru Legacy Gx review from Australia and New Zealand
"A workhorse that won't give up"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Main engine fuse shorted when a wire rubed through and touched the engine block.
Gear box bolts came loose and gear box started shaking when in reverse
exhaust system broke off two mounts and made a hell of a racket.
General comments?
Handles extremely well, much better than my mums 2002 Holden comodore HSV. and it goes anywhere I take it, I've launched my jet boat, gone skiing, crossed rivers, fords, swamps everything and its done it all withing reason.
This car has had everything thrown at it and it has the battle scars to show, but it still runs and handles as if it were brand new.
