Head gaskets blew at 94000 miles, previous owner had oil pump and water pump replaced at 57,000 miles, and master brake cylinder at 76,000 miles.
I can't believe that this car wouldn't even make it to 100K without major issues. My Nissan pickup has over 150K on it and just ticks along like a faithful clock.
If it is Subaru, expect everything. I have 2007 Subaru Impreza. This car is torturing me in winter. It just refuses to start. The dealer cannot find any solution but offer me to install an engine block heater which I am not able to do it (I have no garage and I live in an apartment). My friends are having fun with my zero by zero. In short, Subaru Sucks.
