1996 Suzuki Swift gc review from UK and Ireland
"Sunday driving only"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Near side CV joint sheered.
Cigar lighter never worked.
Full exhaust system need replaced at 61.000 at a cost of four hundred pounds +.Unable to get one from partco as the exhaust system is a suzuki part only.
Seats very uncomfortable.
Gc model only has three cylinders.
General comments?
Suzuki swift gc model was only made from ninety five too ninety six due to low sales and the five door hatchback never really took off.
Gc model only has three cylinders and is pushed very hard when you need the power to overtake traffic.
Swift gc should be serviced every six thousand miles and can be very expensive if used by a suzuki dealer.
A cheap to buy motor if it was used for going to the shops in, but any thing more than that look else where.
