This car was in and out of the dealership the first year because of the stalling issue. Finally late 2004 the factory replaced the cpu and fixed that problem. I've had several Check engine lights, Front drivers side bearing just replaced, front end bushing for clunking noise, O2 sensor, gas gauge and sending unit. Still have to special order oil and air filters!
This car should have been taken back as a lemon. I've lost a lot of work because of dealership visits. Everything has been repaired timely except for the computer that took Corporate Suzuki a while to figure out. The current problem was a very bad front bearing that should have never worn out so soon. I'm over half way through the powertrain warranty and worry about how this car is going to age. My father warned me.. I should've bought a Camery!!!
I have had very much the same experience with my new Verona. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
I have had so maney problems with my verona I realy do not want to list them it only has 30,000 miles on it head has been changed stearing colem has been changed rear shock has been changed steal have a knocking noise in it suzuki said that's the way they make the cars lose parts like a race car put good oil in it :) bad car don't buy they only made them 3 years now there done that should tell you something.
Since having my car, I have had to replace 2 hubs, the transmission, all the brakes twice, no one can tell me why my check engine light is on. and the parts are ridiculousy expensive.
