1999 Toyota 4Runner SR5 review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Driver side inner tie rod end went bad.
O2 sensor went bad.
Fuel gauge doesn't read correctly.
Brakes grind and lose effectiveness when stopping quickly.
General comments?
The brakes have me very confused so if anybody has any suggestions about what it might be that's causing them to grind and essentially stop working it would be greatly appreciated. I just sold my other car and I'm hoping I don't have to sink all of that money into this issue.
Over all I love the vehicle. I first drove a friends 1997 4runner up to go snowboarding and have wanted one ever since. It's performance continues to impress me.
