Uneven tire wear.
Brake wear.
CV joints.
Car has good power and is very comfortable ride.
The front end problems however are becoming a headache.
Every car is going to have issues when it approaches 100k miles. Usually it is the front struts, brakes, CV joints, tie rod ends, maybe even the rack and pinion too.
If you are lucky, the body and engine are in good shape, maybe even the interior too. If the usual problems are all you need to fix, then you are ahead of the curve and might have a decent vehicle when it is all fixed.
