2001 Toyota Camry LE review from North America
"A great everyday car, rock solid reliability"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
There are no driveability
issues. The only problems
that I've experienced so far
are a broken hinge for the
driver's side sun visor vanity mirror, and a malfunctioning right front power window switch.
General comments?
So far I'm very pleased with my car. I am glad that I got
the 4 cylinder engine for
economy, maintenance, and
insurance concerns. This vehicle is very roomy and comfortable, and still gets
between 26 to 28 miles per
gallon average on a tank of gas. Be prepared to pay more
for these cars used, vs. a similar Korean or American car. I had to travel a 100 miles from my home in Charleston, SC to find one at an affordable price.
