1996 Toyota Carina sli review from UK and Ireland
"A reliable and efficient family car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
This Toyota has been 100% reliable since the date of purchase.
I replaced the passenger side headlamp bulb at 75,000 miles.
General comments?
The 1.6 litre engine coaps admireably with the weight of the car.
There always enough power to get me out of any situation, the engine sounds extreemly sweet when reved hard, and turns into a real divers car when revs are kept around 5000.
The interior is mostly very dark and uninspiring, but over all I found it to be a reliable and economical bargain.
