1992 Toyota Carina XLi review from Netherlands
"Best on both sides of the world"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing.
General comments?
16 years as a mechanic working on all sorts of cars and driving all sorts of cars have led to laziness when it comes to working on my own car and the Carina E or the Corona as it was called when I lived in New Zealand is simply the best car a mechanic such as I can have.
It is the best all-round package out there when it comes to reliability and all the other qualities you expect in a car.
Apart from routine maintenance I've never had to repair anything on either the Corona in New Zealand or the Carina E I now have in Holland.
