1990 Toyota Carina 2 GL Estate review from UK and Ireland
"My next car has a lot to live up to"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
No Major Faults.
Exhaust and radiator replaced at 120000 miles
rear brakes and battery at 100000 miles.
Rust has started to appear around rear wheel arches.
I aim to service every 10000 miles for best performance/cost ratio.
(Oil, oil/air/fuel filters, sparks etc)
General comments?
An excellent car for motorway driving. Well designed.
Bit of a pain round town. This car does not like to be start/stop all the time, so avoid large cities.
Excellent family car, caters for all our motoring needs.
Easy to maintain.
A safe car to drive.
