1994 Toyota Celica GT Four ST205 review from UK and Ireland
"Incredible"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
None.
General comments?
Genuine UK new, third generation Celica GT Four, known internally as ST205.
Fearsome acceleration, but not scary thanks to the incredible traction and stunning brakes; stops and steers on a sixpence.
Excellent, able, communicative dynamics. Real drivers car. Up to Impreza standard.
Decent refinement. Tyre noise is intrusive on the motorway. Still very much a grand tourer though, but with more of a sharper edge.
Noise is gorgeous. Looks are intimidating, better than the front wheel drive Celica ST205, thanks to air intakes.
Just amazing. Dealers friendly. Car even better. Fuel economy is not the best, but it is a very small price to pay for such a stunning car.
