1990 Toyota Celica GT-R review from Australia and New Zealand
"Cheap Fast and Sexy"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
CV - Boot done at 78000 kms.
Transmission beginning to give up a little - probably due to hard starts off the line.
Smokes a little when starts up - common low compression on celica.
Dashboard warped in sun.
Paint starting to fade due to (my) neglect.
General comments?
Very comfortable kinda fast car for 2 people. But only 2 people.
I can drag off any sub 1.8 turbo manual and I've got an auto.
Standard speakers are really good, and they come with tweeters which is handy.
Just a great cheap fast car with every electric accessory you can think of - mines got auto headlights that come on in the dark automatically.
