1980 Toyota Celica Lift Back review from Australia and New Zealand
"I love my celica I will never sell it I never want to get a new car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Not much has gone wrong with it apart from the rust in the back end of it.
The rust started out as a little bit on the bottom of it, but I didn't thing it would do much to it so I left it there.
After a wile it got realy bad and almost ate all the metal be hind the back bumper it ended up costing me $765 to get it repaired, but it is fixed now and from now on I going to watch the rust from now on.
The engine in it is very good and powerful and every time I go up my drive way it won't stop spining the wheels.
General comments?
The car comes with a 5 speed and all the instrumens on the dash board are really handy I have only ever got my car to about 174 kph and the handling around corners I magical it never loses grip of the road I riped out the carped in side and desided to make my own.The seats are very nice to sit in commtful to drive in and the boot is as big as they get and I love the way the seats fold down the expand the room.
