1997 Toyota Celica GT Liftback review from North America
"It's sporty and cheap to run"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Misfire, replaced sparkplugs. (Check engine light works)
General comments?
This car is sharp looking and handles like a 97 Toyota would. The steering is a pain. Its tough to turn in parking lots and driveways. The engine is a 1.8 liter so its efficient, but not fast. Although your at 5400 RPM's the 0-60 time must be in the 7's. The key part about a 97 celica is its quality and reliabilty. Plus the car for as weak as it is, gets many looks.
